Happy Halloween

Halloween is upon us again, “Can we go trick or treating now?” is what most of us parents hear.  If you live in the climate that I live in it means that Winter has set in and the snow is blowing.

Essential oils can lend a helping hand.  As I stated earlier there is a big part of the country gets cold fast.  When you get to return home with the bountiful goodie bag of treats All we can think of is to get warm.  We are chilled to the bone.  Some hot tea with lemon or wild orange is always a great way to end the evening.  You just need to remember that essential oils will evaporate quickly so add your oil to taste after you have heated the water and added your tea.

Not all essential oils are created equal, make sure they can be taken internally as not all brands can.  If they are CPTG Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade, that is what you want to look for.  Remember to Always Read the Label First to Make sure That it Says “Internal Use”!
