Provence Seasoning Salt
Are you one of those many people that like meat with big flavor but not always with the help of sauces? Here is a salt rub with the bold flavor of essential oil but not the heaviness of some sauces. You will need the following ingredients.
- 2 tbsp. Coarse Sea Salt
- 2 drops Basil Oil
- 1 drop of Thyme Oil
- 1 drop of Marjoram Oil
- 1 drop of Rosemary Oil
- 1 drop of Lavender Oil
- 1 drop of Fennel Oil
Combine all ingredients in a small glass mason jar put on lid and shake. The salt mixture is now ready to rub into your favorite cut of steak or pork. Remember not to over season. Let sit covered in the refrigerator for 1 to 3 hours. Grill and Enjoy!
